Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the basis for operating the rbajee platform and all associated services. By visiting the website, opening an account, or starting to use any service, the user is considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

rbajee is an online gaming and sports betting platform that offers Bangladeshi users slots, live casino, cricket betting, football betting, and other gaming options. The platform's overall operations and the rights and responsibilities of users are described in detail in this document.

Account Registration and Use

2.1 Eligibility to Register

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, rbajee reserves the right to suspend or close all such accounts and forfeit any funds held in them. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or exploit the system will be treated as fraud.

2.3 Login Credential Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their username and password fully confidential. Account credentials must not be shared with anyone. If any unauthorised access is suspected, our support team must be notified immediately. rbajee will not be liable for misuse of an account if the user left their login details unsecured.

2.4 Account Verification

rbajee may request identity verification of the account holder at any time. A national identity card or other government-issued document may be required for verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

Online gaming and betting in Bangladesh is permitted only for adults aged 21 or older. Age must be declared at registration, and rbajee reserves the right to verify it at any time.

Operating an account on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor to use an account, is strictly prohibited. If an account holder is identified as a minor, the account will be closed immediately and all winnings paid out from that account will be forfeited.

Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on rbajee is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). Before making a deposit, please make sure you are using the correct payment details.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The same payment methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be made. Withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

rbajee is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect account number or mobile number due to the user's own error. Users must verify all details carefully before confirming each transaction.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,500; the wagering requirement would be ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before any withdrawal can be made.

5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonuses may only be used on games and betting markets designated by rbajee.
• Bonuses have a limited validity period; if wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined while one is active, unless explicitly permitted.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in account closure.
• Each bonus promotion may have its own additional conditions, which will be stated on that promotion's page.

5.3 VIP Program

The rbajee VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.7%), and Gold (up to 1.0%). Cashback is calculated on the week's net losses at the applicable rate. Example: a Silver member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 would receive cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140. VIP tier upgrades depend on regular activity and betting activity on the platform.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

A bet placed on rbajee will not be considered complete unless a confirmation message is received. rbajee reserves the right to cancel bets that were incorrectly confirmed due to a technical error. Bets placed on the basis of clearly incorrect odds or statistics may be cancelled.

6.2 Match Results and Settlement

Sports bets are settled based on official results. If a match or event does not finish at the scheduled time or is suspended, rbajee's predetermined rules will apply, and bets may be cancelled and the original stake refunded if necessary.

6.3 Fraudulent Activity

Using any software, bot, or automated method to manipulate the betting system is strictly prohibited. Involvement in match fixing, collusion, or other fraudulent activity will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

6.4 Game Technical Errors

If a game session is interrupted due to a technical issue or server error, rbajee will investigate and, where applicable, refund the bet or arrange for the game to resume from the last verified state. Any jackpot or prize incorrectly displayed due to a technical error is not required to be paid out.

Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension by rbajee

rbajee may suspend an account temporarily or permanently for the following reasons:

• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Breaching any clause of the Terms.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Allowing a minor to use an account.
• Failing to provide documents required for verification.

7.2 Closure by the User

Any user may close their account voluntarily. To do so, the support team must be contacted via live chat or email. The user will be given the opportunity to withdraw their active balance before the account is closed, though any active bonuses will be forfeited.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. The user will be given advance notice in such cases.
